I do not take the credit for the success that I have had in my business. Instead, I lift it up to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Without Him, I don’t believe I would have been able to succeed. I’m going to share with all of you some of the instances when I could see the Lord working in my business, and I encourage those of you who have testimonies to share to do the same thing. Please submit your testimonies and I will be happy to post them on my site. Thank you so much for visiting and God Bless you!

One of the most remarkable people I have known is an electrical engineer from Kenya. Eng. Johnson Ole Nchoe (“Nchoe”) is his name.

I got to know Nchoe when he came to Canada to study operations at the Ontario Ministry of Energy, where I was a manager.

Nchoe comes from the famous Masai tribe. He struggled in school with math, into his teens and became really frustrated with his inability to understand calculus.

He told me a story that I will never forget. He was sitting reading his bible and came across the passage in Philippians, “All things I can do through Christ”. His life changed at that moment, when he realized that he had the support needed to conquer his fears and frustrations.

Nchoe went on to gain a place in the prestigious University of Nairobi. Not only that. He graduated at the top of his electrical engineering class, mindful all the way of the verse he had read.

Nchoe is the most spiritual man I have ever met. He calls me his “Canadian brother” and his image hangs in my office, surrounded by our (then) little boys, who have their arms around him.

I often think of Nchoe and the profound influence he has had on our family. He has been a huge influence on our boys. We all love him.

Hi Ken, nice story! I too, agree all things are possible through Him! I have discovered the same to be true in my own life. I have made significant changes in my lifestyle over the past 3 years and could not have done it without the help of Jesus in my life and His careful guidance.

    Thanks for sharing!
